Shipping: Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 11 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders are shipped from Hawaii using USPS with tracking. Once shipped, shipping time usually takes 3-5 days for US orders. International orders can take 2 weeks plus (priority/express) to one month plus (standard) depending on the country.

International Orders: Sophia C ships worldwide! All prices are in USD. 

Payment: Sophia C accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Return Policy: Exchange only policy for an item of equal value. Please contact sophia@sophiacjewelry.com within 10 days of your item being delivered if you wish to exchange it. All sales are final. Sophia C does not offer refunds for lost or delayed mail. Jewelry must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving to be exchanged.

Materials: Shells, shark teeth, coral, and any other natural elements will all vary in shape, color, and size. Natural elements will not look exactly the same as those photographed on the website. Pieces that include natural elements will be unique and one of a kind.

Care: Avoid getting Sophia C Jewelry wet. Do not swim or shower while wearing your jewelry. Avoid contact with lotion and perfume. Try to store pieces in a cool dry place in an airtight bag. To clean jewelry gently rub with a 100% cotton cloth. Handle with care.

Repairs: Nothing is indestructible, Sophia C Jewelry offers repairs within 6 months of purchase. Repairs are free unless a stone, chain, or pendant has been lost and needs to be replaced. Sophia C does not offer refunds for broken jewelry.
